Feedback, questions and complaints

Talga’s mission is to enable the world’s most sustainable batteries and consumer products through innovative graphitic materials. Feedback is an important part of how we continuously improve our processes and operations. We gratefully accept questions, comments and complaints regarding our operations. Talga will handle all submissions through a defined process.

The form below is part of our grievance mechanism. You can fill out the form if you have experienced that we do not respect our commitments. Or if you have experienced, seen or heard about unwanted behaviour on the part of Talga and its staff. After we receive and register your complaint, we will analyse what happened, decide how we can implement measures and how we can prevent the same thing from happening again. If you leave information, we will get back to you with information about how we handled your complaint. Your report will be handled confidentially and you can choose to remain anonymous. Note, however, that we will then also not be able to get back to you.
